HandPickedXXX does not host the embedded third-party video media shown on editorial pages. We still take copyright, consent, exploitation, privacy, and performer-safety reports seriously and can remove or disable our embed and links while a matter is reviewed.

Urgent safety or consent report

Report suspected minors, age-ambiguous participants, non-consensual material, revenge porn, hidden-camera content, trafficking, exploitation, or sexual impersonation/deepfakes involving a real person immediately to smartulethtb@gmail.com. Put URGENT SAFETY REPORT in the subject and include the exact HandPickedXXX URL. Do not send or attach illegal media.

Copyright removal notice

Send a notice to smartulethtb@gmail.com with:

1. Your full name and a reliable email address.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, or a representative list for multiple works.
3. The exact HandPickedXXX URL and enough information to identify the disputed embed or link.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We may forward a suitably redacted notice to the relevant provider so it can investigate the source media. Provider-specific removal procedures may also apply.

Other removal requests

A performer, depicted person, authorized representative, or provider may request review based on consent, age, privacy, impersonation, safety, terms, or source authorization. Identify your relationship to the material and the exact page. Provide only the minimum verification information reasonably needed; we will explain if more is required.

Review, restoration, and repeat infringement

We may disable a page or embed during review, ask focused follow-up questions, and preserve a limited case record. A removed item is restored only when the concern is resolved and the source remains approved. We terminate relationships with repeat infringers or repeatedly unsafe sources within our control when appropriate. Knowingly material misrepresentations in a notice may have legal consequences.
