This policy explains how HandPickedXXX handles information when you visit the site or contact us. The service is intended only for adults aged 18 or older and for people who have reached the age of majority where they live.

Information handled by the site

Our server and protective services may process ordinary technical request data such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser information, referrer, response status, and security events. WordPress may use essential cookies for administrators and other authenticated site functions. Public user registration and public comments are disabled.

Before normal site interaction, an adult-entry screen asks you to confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority where you live. The site stores only a first-party boolean confirmation in your browser so it does not ask on every page. It does not collect a birth date or identity document, use a third-party age service, or send the confirmation state to Google Analytics. This is an entry preference, not age verification or age assurance.

If you email us, we receive the address and information you choose to provide. Send only what is reasonably necessary for the request.

Embedded third-party media and live links

Opening a page with an embedded player may connect your browser directly to the approved provider. That provider can receive technical request data and may use its own cookies or similar technologies under its own terms and privacy policy. HandPickedXXX does not proxy the player request.

Some clearly labeled links may be affiliate links. If enabled, the destination may record the referral and HandPickedXXX may earn a commission if you register or spend. See the Affiliate Disclosure.

Optional analytics

HandPickedXXX uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) only if you choose Accept analytics. No Google analytics script or analytics request is loaded before that choice. Your choice is stored locally in your browser so the site can remember it; you can reopen Analytics preferences in the footer and change your choice.

When accepted, GA4 measures basic site usage such as page views. Google acts as our analytics provider. We do not intentionally send video titles, performer names, provider or source URLs, search strings, Description Engine prose, curator data, Reddit metadata, or values you enter as custom analytics data. Video-pick pages use a neutral analytics page title. Advertising storage, advertising user data, ad personalization, Google Signals, and advertising-personalization signals are disabled in the site tag.

Purposes, retention, and disclosure

Technical data is used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and protect the site. Contact data is used to answer requests, investigate rights or safety reports, meet legal obligations, and document repeat-infringer decisions. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.

We may disclose information to service providers supporting hosting, security, or consented analytics, to a provider or rights holder when investigating a report, or when required by law. We do not use advertising trackers on this site, and we do not sell personal information.

Your choices and requests

You can avoid loading an embedded provider by not opening a player page. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection regarding information associated with you. Contact smartulethtb@gmail.com.
